The aim of this study is to diagnose genetic risk of cardiovascular disease and atypical diabetes and determine the practicality and clinical value of delivering genetic test data to providers and their patients (participants). The primary objective is to determine if genetic testing will identify individuals and their risk profiles and whether the genetic information had any influence on the management of the patient.
