LEADERSHIP STYLES AND JOB SATISFACTION AMONG WORKERS OF A PRIVATE OWNED HOSPITAL LOCATED ALONG THE U.S. - MEXICO BORDER

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between hospital leadership styles and employee job satisfaction among workers of a privately-owned hospital located along the U.S. - Mexico border when controlling for age, gender, education, ethnicity, years at the current position, and years with the organization.
