EnACT Executive Leadership Program

In a committed effort to sustain the maximum success level within our healthcare organization DHR Health created the DHR Health Institute for Leadership Development. The Institute for Leadership Development is designed to create a culture of Servant Leadership to meet the continuous development needs of our employees. Servant leaders aspire to serve their team and the organization first. This program features the DHR EnACT basics: Engagement, Accountability, Communication, and Transparency as a foundation in their courses.

Developing a Philosophy of Leadership & Quality

This course aims to develop the foundation of trust, communication and motivation found at the center of strong leadership. Executive leaders, alongside Dr. Edward Kroger, discuss the important role leaders have in continually improving the quality of their healthcare organization. Through lectures and reviewing case studies, executive leaders analyze and discuss the factors that a leader may want to consider in their leadership journey.

Engagement for Leaders

This course aims to develop engagement skills in leaders for improving essential business outcomes. Executive leaders, alongside Dr. Steve Werner, spend time defining engagement, the framework required to induce engagement, and concluded with designing an action plan for developing engagement. Through lectures, sharing experiences, and individual and group assignments executive leaders acquired and mastered the knowledge and skills to achieve workplace engagement and better organizational leadership.

Multi-Generational Communications

This course aims on leaders becoming familiarized with the different communication styles and expectations of younger employees, and learning how to get past the communication impasse. Executive leaders, alongside Ms. Jamie King Belinne, discuss coaching and leading younger workers more effectively, approaching communication and feedback more productively, and evaluating the work of younger employees more accurately. Through lectures, and active listening exercises executive leaders acknowledged the value and recognized the best practices for motivating and commending younger employees.

Excellence Through Accountability

This course aims to strengthen the ability of leaders to perform in an effectual and structured manner while holding themselves and others accountable for one’s actions. Executive leaders, alongside Dr. Anthony C. Andenoro, discuss accountability and how it complements other character dimensions placing emphasis on the importance of how creating clear expectations and strategies can help exercise accountability. Through lectures and exercises executive leaders analyze the importance of being aware of to whom we are accountable and the importance of being accountable to ourselves to completing the job task successfully.
