The DHR Health Institute for Leadership Development is proud to partner with the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer School of Business in the establishment of the DHR Health Leadership Academy. Built on the DHR EnACT Leadership Development commitment, the institute strives to develop the art of Engagement, the understanding of Accountability, the enhancement of interpersonal Communication, and the understanding of Transparent behaviors to create a culture of servant leadership at DHR Health. The leadership institute, in conjunction with executive leaders, works in recurring cycles to develop better approaches and deliver better outcomes. Department members will meet with the leadership institute’s professional learning community monthly to discuss various topics including the following:
